Ceramics

All ceramic pieces are handmade in a small coastal town in Portugal. They are made in small batches which can cause small variations in size, shape and colour. All items are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is preferred for better care of the product.

I am a one person business. By purchasing my items, you buy love, gratitude and a piece of my passion for ceramics. It supports me to make a modest living doing something I love.

Shipping

All in-stock items will be sent for shipping within 5-7 business days. Local pickup can also be arranged.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items. For shipping outside of the EU please contact me at wilmanawara@gmail.com. Please note local charges (sales tax, custom duty) may occur and are to be paid by the recipient.

The packaging used for shipping are partly reused materials. Some boxes may show signs of previous usage.

Returns

If there is a defect or problem with your order please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at wilmanawara@gmail.com to discuss the problem and see if there is need to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
